Lake Mladost is an artificial lake below the property, popular in summer for swimming, fishing and lakeside walks. The water is visible from every terrace on the property.
The E-75 motorway between Skopje and Gevgelija passes a minute away, which makes the property a natural overnight stop for anyone driving to or from Greece.

Each apartment has its own kitchenette, so you can cook in. When you would rather not, there is plenty within a short drive — a few places are within walking distance, and Veles itself is nine kilometres down the hill.
